The Company has staffing schedule in form of bar chart, indicating key and support personnel, responsible for the supervision of the work performance and its development, as well as determination of any deviation may result according to the presidential decree no. (180) of 1977.

6- Occupational Health & Safety.

Occupational Health & Safety Department conducts policy and procedures regarding management and employee''s response to various emergency situations under the provisions of labor law no. (137) of 1981 and environment law no. (4) of 1994.

* In accordance with the administrative decree no. (331) of 1997, the company policy covers the following:

A- All excavation, construction, transportation and storage works shall be made in a manner that prevents environmental contamination.

B- Ensuring safe working conditions by not exposed to air contaminants.

C- Providing effective operating practices of ventilation that reduce the exposure of individuals to hazards.

D- Smoking is restricted to designated areas.

E- Conducting port protection procedures by North sector, for controlling exposure to potentially hazardous substances.

F- Complying with all prohibited instructions outlined in the law.

Occupational Healthy & Safety Department tackles and monitors the application of environmental law; its executive regulation and administrative decree no. (331) of 1997.
