- Reveiwed the results of the visit by the chairman and managing director among the delegation of construction companies to Libya seeking potential business partners in the Libyan market.

- Approved the financial position on 31/12/2009 and agreed on upgrading and increasing the credit facilities at Bank Misr.

- Approved the awarding of certain works to some subcontractors in different projects.
