Minutes dated 6th of May, 2010

- Reveiwed the direction of the company to undertake further work in the company various activities and the current communications to establish Partnership with a Libyan company to work in marine and utilities fields in Libya.

- Preview diversity sources of work, where the company obtained the tender of establishing the extension of south quay wall with length of 500m at Safaga City with value of 76 million, and the project of raising the efficiency of concrete tarmac at Abu Simbel Airport with an estimated value of 25 million L.E.

- Approved the estimated budget for the fiscal year 2010-2011.

- Approved the awarding of certain works to some subcontractors in different projects.
