- Reviewed ongoing efforts to achieve the goal of the company in open fields of work abroad and participation with foreign companies, whether Arab or African countries (Libya - Saudi Arabia - Uganda)

- Approval to establish a joint venture between the company and one of the Libyan companies to contribute to the implementation of building & construction projects in Libya.

- Approved the financial position on 31/3/2010.

- Approval to raise the values of contract for some sub-contractors in different projects.
