- Approval on paying the due periodical bonus for on job employers on the 1st. July 2010 with 7% from the actual salary on 30th June 2010 as a debit under conciliation till authentication of the General Assembly in the 30th June 2010.

- Approval on General financial statement on 30th June 2010 and final accounts of fiscal year 2009/2010 and proposing to general assembly for deciding approval

- Approval on forming a partnership with the Indian company “Dott” resident in Uganda for implementing the mega sanitary drainage projects there.

- Presenting the results came out from the group visit to the Libyan Jamahiriya in the frame of establishing processes of a joint venture company between our company and one of the Libyan companies for contributing in the implementation of building & construction projects in the Libyan Jamahiriya.

- Approval on awarding some work and increasing contract values for few subcontractors on few projects.

- Approval on electing some employers for premium and senior degrees jobs.
