- Approval on paying the due periodical bonus for on job employers on the 1st. July 2012 with 7% from the actual salary on 30th June 2012 as a debit under conciliation till authentication of the General Assembly in the 30th June 2012.

- Approval on General financial statement on 30th June 2012 and final accounts of fiscal year 2011/2012 and proposing to general assembly for deciding approval.

- Approved the awarding of certain works to some subcontractors in different projects.    

- Reveiwed the legal cases status from 1/7/2010 to 30/6/2011.
