Our company is proud of being one of the most biggest construction company in the Arab Republic of Egypt that is affiliated to the National Company for Construction & Development (N.C.C.D). The company undertakes the implementation of the country plan especially for providing potable water and developing sanitary sewage utilities at the deprived governorates and villages.

Our company is also proud of its achievements during the last years, which indicate to its stability, despite of the contracting market fluctuations. This is due to the efforts exerted by its sincere and efficient sons: engineers, accountants, administrative employees and technical labors & due to both the acquired and inherited experiences for more than (65) sixty-five years.

The company was established on February 7^th, 1938 by the royal decree, as a company specialized in the field of the major construction works, mechanical foundations and marine works under the name of the “Egyptian Building Joint Stock Company” – Egyco. In 1964, the state took over the whole capital of the company, and then it became “El Nasr Building & Construction Company” – Egyco.

The company activities are various that cover the following fields:
Civil construction - Marine works - Utilities - Roads - Airports - Resorts -Housing buildings - Educational Buildings - Universities – Hospitals.

The company has also its distinguished performance in the following works, Including but not restricted to:-
El Tahrir Complex Building - Arab Nation League Building - Czechoslovakia Embassy Building - Akhbar El Youm Building - Aswan International Airport - Participation for carrying out the “Waste water treatment plant” at El Gabal El Asfar - Banha water treatment plant - Silos quay (with depth 14 meter) at Alexandria port.

The company aims at taking role in developing the national economy in the framework of the country general policy in the fields of building and reconstruction, through setting programs and policies to face the extension of the current and future works for fulfilling internally and externally the national requirements.

Our company exists all over the country to carry the huge national projects out, beside the implementation of a number of USAID projects under the supervision of the foreign consultant “American and Swedish”, for example: “Dewatering Project for Luxor and Karnak Temples Salvation”. “Water Treatment Project at Sandoub”.

“Egyco” extends its thanks to the “Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors” for adding article No. (5) – law (89) of 1998 and its executive regulation as a preliminary step in the “balanced contract”, which guarantees the balance between customer interest and contracting companies.

We hope to achieve further steps to complete this “balanced contract” to ensure the acceptable profits and quality of the implemented projects.

Concerning the external activities; the company begins to participate in various exhibitions abroad to make its most important activities and projects apparent, as a trial for external marketing.
